I'm looking for a 54-ish, not aggressive position bike for a family member (woman, 5ft 8') who wants to do some turbo to keep fit. It needs to be 11 speed but everything else is up for grabs. I have some spare wheels if needed.
Dont want to spend a fortune.

Looking for a 52cm bike for my daughter who is growing exponentially.
I have a spare Shimano 105 10 speed group set and wheels for the right frame but would be happy with complete bike.
In an ideal world sizing would be
70 stem
36 centre centre bars
Able to get a 680 saddle height
But I can work round that with spare parts.

Top tube shouldn't be more 54cm
head tube shouldn't be more 15cm.

Any ideas?

My daughter is looking for her first proper adults bike. She's now 5'4 and growing so I think a 50 would be about right. We're after a steel frame.
I have wheels and a groupset that she can use. Any ideas or pointers would be gratefully accepted.
