Hi all,
tiz with a heavy heart i'm putting my custom Savine rain bike frame and forks up for sale. Made in early 2014 for me and the only one in the UK.
Made by Daniel Savine who is a pro mechanic for Merida MTB but who does some frame building from time to time.
Geometry is as follows however my frame has longer rear stays to accommodate mudguards and make for a comfy ride.
Great clearances ( see pics) Parigi roubaixs fit fine.
MAX forks are "lush" as they say in Bristol.
Eyelets for mudguards, braze on front mech, 1" head tube, english BB, 27.2 post, frame material: columbus Zona, fork Material columbus MAX, lugs are by Llewellyn (australia) - treated with framesaver when built.
Selling FRAME and FORKS only - no bolts etc or other bits included.
Paint is Ivory / cream with grey decals / fill ins - a couple of small marks but the paint is superb - no dents or dings.Price looking for 500 pounds (in my account) so this doesn't include PP fees or postage.
Any questions fire away - here are some pictures:

Johnnettles said this in early January, I collected the frame yesterday so his guess wasn't far off. First impressions, as you would, expect are very good. Unfortunately the frame and I are separated from all the other parts till at least late Sunday.
let's see the frame and forks root!
Glad it turned up in the end :) -

Nope, he's an unknown fellow countryman. I've seen the front hub listed on bikemag, but without mail adress, contact phone nr or anything else.
So, he's just "out of reach" :)
1) i've never heard of bikemag so i don't know what your'e talking about to be honest
2) when you say "fellow countryman" do you mean English? or something more exotic?too much time on your hands?

They need cutting down the centre of the section which the bolt goes into, for which I need a very, very narrow saw- any and all suggestions for where to source said saw welcome.
The material used is very springy, it should happily open to the diameter of the tube and snap back.
That's the theory anyway - and why my bike is the prototype test-mule.
maybe a jeweller? they use very thin files and probably saw blades - failing that a lazer.
