Sorry to piggyback on this... Did you have any joy? Having the same issue with a PF30. Width of internal sleeve means there's basically nowhere to get purchase with a smashing tool.

Just resurrecting this as I live about 1 min from Rodman Bros and want to get a frame powder coated. Did anyone have any experience with them for frames?

There's also Enfield Power Coating a bit further up the road but can't find any info on them so a little wary.

Looking for something along the lines of Genesis Croix de Fer - a 'do-it-all' bike that's good for winter, plus a bit of gravel and commuting (if that ever happens again). Ideally discs + 105/SRAM Rival, and clearance for at least 32mm tyres.

I've got a Ribble Reynolds 525 with Vision Team 35 that I'm happy to swap/part-ex. Not advertised anywhere else - no hurry to get rid just will have to get rid eventually because s-1 etc.
