This is a great jacket for commuting, MTB or off the bike. I've got a second one which has performed really well in the recent downpours.

Sadly its all going the other way at the moment..
Thanks for the advice, is there a way to avoid the same thing happening in future? Maybe I've been a little heavy handed with the headset top bolt in the past which could have contributed.
I was considering changing it anyway as it's the same planet X fork that featured in the news recently, with the poor guy that ended up paralysed when his snapped.

Hi all, I wonder if anyone can advise whether the wear on this carbon steerer is anything to be concerned about? It seems to be in line with the split crown race in the top of the head tube, it's less than a mm deep but I can catch it with my finger nail.
I've never owned a full carbon fork before so I don't know whether its something to be worried about. It's done about 20,00okm.

I found some more discussion here: https://singletrackworld.com/forum/topic/anyone-own-a-planet-x-fork/
My tempest is from a similar time, considering whether or not to replace the forks on it... Presumably any recall would have happened by now, and is unlikely now they've changed ownership.

Good condition 14" kids Frog bike, purchased new in Feb 21 and used by both my kids.
Always stored inside, some marks and scrapes to the paint but generally in pretty good nick. Comes with the plastic chain guard which I never got round to fitting.
Looking for £175, pick up preferred from E4. If no interest locally I can potentially post.

Is it common for PDW's to come with a slight twist? I installed some of the 45mm guards a while ago and both the front and back are slightly off, not the end of the world but it's quite annoying given the price.
Adjusting the fixing points doesn't seem to make a difference, anyone got any tips to straighten them out?
