I already use strava, but that's probably won't last 6-8 hours of battery knowing the iPhone aha!
Precisely @WjPrince! Want the real time feedback. Cheers @iltmimi, I'm looking at the Garmin Edge 200 now, any other recommendations?

The longest ride I've ever done was last night and it was around 40-45 miles. This would be my first ever cycling sportive!
My phone ran out of battery, so it cut out probably just under 6-8 miles. My bum was hurting and legs were cramping all over near the end which worries me about covering the mileage. However as for climbing hills, I'm a bit more confident.
