Re: house of the year
I imagine the furnaces/stoves were put it to add some warmth (visually not physically lol), the spaces are quite cold - unsure why they went with an natural(unfinished) pine or plywood, with matching floor. Even a light stain/varnish would significantly improve warmth/ambiance. I’m glad they didn’t go down the polished concrete route and made an attempt to keep in line with modernist / Dulwich estate interior.
I also cycle past it regularly and first time I saw it thought it was a bit selling sunset - particularly the upper central window and concrete/marble facade

Received these as a gift from a family member but unfortunately too small and now outside returns window.
Unused/unworn - only tried on indoors, too small to the point of being uncomfortable.
I usually wear a UK 8/8.5 in regular shoes /cycling shoes I wear a 9, but these seem to fit small, I would swap for 44 if anyone has some?
RRP £190 / seem to be £170 online
Gone

Hi
Salsa cowchipper deluxe- SortedAlso long shot but a Soma Crane or another high rise 31.8mm stem (ideally also silver) to accompany
My Shimano DH-3N80 finally gave up, was optimistic that somewhere online would have the internal assembly but long discontinued so seems unlikely. Anyone have a 36H Dynamo hub of similar size/spec or direct replacement?
Thanks!

**On One Pompino, V2, Size L**
Picked this up recently with the intention of building a town bike single speed / *light* gravel thing to piss around on. Sadly just been made redundant so can’t/shouldn’t really have a project on the go. Raw, clearcoat Fine condition, one small ding in the top tube from storage. Stripped and glossed by Armourtex a number of years ago. Some small bits of oxidisation under the clearcoat as you'd expect. LFGSS sticker to chain stay for bragging rights. Toptube CtC - 54cm Seattube CtC - 48cm CtT 54cm Headtube - 13.5cm 100/120mm spacing Clearance in the back for 35 / maybe 38 Van Nicholas VNT SLX touring forks Eyelets for mudguard Drilled crown for light mount / mudguard Weight: 880g Length: 384mm (axle to crown) Rake: 45mm Steerer: 1 1/8" aluminum, Crown: Aluminum, Leg material: Carbon Will clear 43c tyres - perhaps bigger Sale includes: frame, fork, seat clamp + 24mm Hollowtech BB & gold Izumi chain if buyer wants them. **£Sold**Custom fillet brazed stem (100mm), Surly 1x1 / Nitto Torsion bar (666mm wide, 25.4 clamp) - available
Mercian Audax
Headtube: 10cm
Toptube: 53cm
Seattube: 53cm top
51.5cm centreAs far as I can tell a custom order Audax (as it doesn’t have the Mercian engraved topeyes), with Canti studs (assuming original purchaser wanted larger tyre clearance / brake versatility), also no rack mounts to forks.
Frame is Reynolds 631 and bizarrely has a 1” threadless steerer.
Mudguard eyelet front and rear, rack mounts at the rear for pannier rack.
Tyre clearance for 35c
Shown with 35c Gravelking All Condition with mudguards, could potentially go a bit bigger by moving wheel all the way back.Newly installed FSA Orbit X 1” headset
Great bike, light, fast, do it all - originally built for a town bike which I made too nice, frame is also a touch small for me and more long/low position than I would like. Have done few 100km days on this, ridden path/bridleways and some light touring. Thought I would keep forever but as mentioned pending redundancy has me reevaluating bike ownership. Basically a more nimble cross check made from nicer steel.
Sale is for Frame/Fork/headset, I can include the mudguards (SKS 45mm chromoplastics), as well as front canti hanger, steerer shim, stem (100mm 26mm clamp), and Nitto( M151 or 109 can’t remember which model they are) 42cm Handlebars.
£245 F&F + headset, £300 with all extra bits
Collection from Crystal Palace or postage at cost

True to size I think, I wear 8/8.5 in regular shoes and found Giro 8 was too small so I bought some Privateers in a 8.5
You can come try them on if you’d like
