Hey guys n gals - I purchased this set off wiggle for £24, unpacked it and tried to fit to my charge plug.... Then realising my bike doesn't have the fittings! As the item is too bulky to take to collect plus drop off it is bit of a hassle to post back... So I am offering you a bargain and a project for this weekend :)

I am selling this on behalf of a good friend who had to move back to Australia. The intention was that I was to package and send this too him, but the time, cost and hassle of doing so it worked out easier to just sell it in the UK and him pick one up in Australia. He used the bike predominately for triathlon racing.

When someone is buying a bike, it is almost certain you will want to take the bike for a good ride on the open road to test it thoroughly. This becomes awkward for the seller when they might not know the potential buyer as they could well be looking to ride off with the bike and never be seen again!

If you were the seller in the situation, what do you see as being being appropriate security to ask the potential buyer to leave with you as a 'deposit'? Cash/Passport/Phone etc?

Especially when the bikes are worth >£1,000k you really want to protect your investment!
