This was a £1,600 Bob Jackson build. Component list includes: Brooks Swift, Paul Road Crank Royal Flush, Nitto B105 drop down bar, Paul Brake bar, Halo Track Wheels and more. Bike has always been stored inside, regularly serviced and extremely well looked after.
The bike is a fixed gear. But it has the option to be converted into a single speed as it has a rear brake mount and flippable rear hub.
Reason for selling: not enough room in my new flat for it.
For Sale £800 // Now £750

I went to adjust my seat post, I loosened the bolt and readjusted the height of my seat. But now, i can't tighten the bolt that connect the seat post and frame. An allen key only fits into one side and if I screw that side then the other side just goes with it - meaning it doesn't get any tighter...
I am really am confused as to what to do, as I can't now sit on the seat without it falling down.
I have attached 2 images of either side of my seatpost bolt...
Good karma to someone who can help :)

I a torn between buying a new frame or an older/ vintage bike frame.
I want to build a touring bike and love the look of older frames/ bikes but wanted to know are their any downsides to buying vintage? What to look out for? Do people think they are overpriced or a bargin?
By vintage in mean like 1970's-90's.
If I buy new I'd probably buy something like a Bob Jackson Audax end-end (£500) and would be happy to spend the same on a vintage frame.

Ordered my frame and it took 5 days to get here (including the weekend)! It says on their website there is 4 week waiting list, not to sure about that :)
I have no idea what to do now, I have never built a bike, I just thought I'd order a frame and go from there (thought I'd have 4 weeks to figure this all out)...
Suggestions? I was thinking about buying all the components and then maybe getting a shop (like Tokyo Fixed/ BLB) to put it together for me... good idea?
