I should take a bit more, and the previous one was actually taken by a friend with proper camera.
Here’s one from the same trip in Northern Estonia.
I managed to find this slightly used and this replaced Pelago Stavanger as I wanted to have more tire clearance for winter and to run 27,5” mtb tires.
I also have 28” wheelset with Ultradynamico Cava 39?? that are in reality close to 36mm at least after 100 km.
The bag is from small Polish brand Babylegsbags.

Nice project and nice to see that also some of these older not thru axle frames had proper clearances. In terms of mudguards I’d go either 55mm Pelago or 60mm Gilles Berthoud. GB is flatter and does not require that much vertical clearance, at least mine measured 66-67mm externally and clears easily 55mm tire. 50mm GB and 55m Pelago have round profile and don’t clear as much, 38-40 and 45-47mm.

Here's a comparison of 38 GK with SKS Longboards, Pelago and GB, if this helps:

Herrmans H-trace mini is lot more elegant and very cheap at least in German shops. Has worked well with B&M IQ series at least. Pelago actually specs it together with IQ-XS I think. I have wired mine to go inside the Gilles Berthoud mudguard so you can make wiring not to stick out of the light at all.

Likely doable, I think GB recommends max 2,3” for 60mm, as the profile is relatively flat compared to 50mm. Fitting anything wider than 40mm, particularly something with knobs or spikes was challenging.
