London tri is extortionate, although I did get a very nice towel last year. One of the most cramped bike/run routes I've ever done. Will definitely try and get down to watch the mobydickulous Hyde Park race!
Really fancied this Dorney Lake Duathlon (5km/40km/10km - http://www.f3events.co.uk/general/maxifuel-winter-duathlon-series-dorney-lake-windsor-race-3) this weekend but £50 for unaffiliated seems crazy.
