Court is similar like Rouen - not so long, but wide, it is under roof and surface is grippy but not for mallet's head (some tape on and you're ready). !!

Registration is already opened.

It's the same bike I used since Montpellier WHBPC (dark blue one). Paint was just removed, then surface was cleaned and covered with transparent powder coat. but seat... it's basic fizik gel saddle ... I know it looks like shit but is so fkin comfortable and durable that It's hard throw it away :P

I was trying to do so... I realized that I feel a lot better with symmetric and wide bar... but from time to time I hit the bar while shooting... It is hard to test shooting-safe width without cutting the bar :)

Whenever I buy new one I feel it is too wide, and then I trim it, just to realize that it is too narrow.

No contact = no foul doesn't mean that contact = foul

Only from ref perspective you can judge if blue is really initiating the contact... From that perspective ( for me ) it is looking like the white one is just trying to break the screen and he just didn't manage to... no foul at all....

I don't see it so clear as other people do ...

You just need to look at the 4th team game list ( with all respect ) ...

I think it would be to hard to ref or it will make all the actions in the front of the goal ridiculous...
Of course it is annoying that all the crazy dribbles in a crowd, passing opponents by millimeters are now finished without a shot because it is so easy to hook the mallet ...
but how it will look like when defenders will try to hit the ball and won't manage to ? we should call all the contacts between mallets?

Maybe we should try out different rules effects instead of predicting them :P

For sure I don't want to stigmatize certain person.

The thing that I want to say is that we should use more 30 seconds or 2 minutes man-advantages .... the problem with calling only ball turnover is that there is no risk in committing a defensive foul while you don't have a ball to turn it over :P

I think that we really should work on refs mentality. They are just too shy... If you see unclean game in football it is getting even more unclear if ref is not resolute... The ref passivity is the reason why games are starting to be a little brutal.. If ref will give you 2min suspension you will not risk again... There were really hard checks from behind, steering arm checks and crazy bike to bike contacts that should never occur and there were no man advantages during all the tournament....

In every other aspect tournament was great... accommodation, food, party, courts, atmosphere etc etc etc. Best time ever ... The Beardless want to do it next year, we are already warming up our fingers to fill registration form as fast as possible :)
