I'll contact cervelo as soon as I got time. The serial is a bit washed out, but this was what I got out of it SNR3K0M0.....
I checked the cervelo.forum and they explained how the serials are arranged.
"sn" = serial number, "R3" = model, "c" = carbon, "11" = can mean either year manufactured or model year. The last letter followed by the numbers are the actual serial number. Not sure if the letter preceding the numbers has a specific meaning or not.
So actually there is your proof, but I will gladly contact cervelo and make them double check!

Completely stripped R3 size 56 with green stickers from 2010. It has done about 900 miles and are in great shape. It comes with a BSA bottom bracket Rotor ready and a carbon clamp for 31.6. Furthermore it takes a 1 1/8 fork.
