Unfortunately my post wasn't so I'd better bu**er off and start my own thread somewhere else.

Are these their road or track?

Does that make it sound like they could not going to a good home? They are.

So thought I'd revive this thread because what is says at the top is what I'm doing.

So far this is as far as I've got:
Frame Tokyo fixed (I think anyway), in decent nick, very little wrong with it, and dropouts the right way round. Check.
Saddle, seat post, forks, bottom bracket, headset

Although I'll have the bottom bracket out as it feels like it might need some love (but I'm not basing that on any form of experience), and want to powder coat the frame so will prob chem strip it, bead blast it and then away.

I've heard some stories about powder coating and water capillarying underneath etc. but I'm sure that there are so many ways of skinning etc...

Then back for some more 'me' time.

Any advice for first project?
