Looks nice and my wife might be interested. Can you do me a favour and measure the length from the pedal on the downstroke, in line with the seat tube, and the top of the saddle at max extension.
Any idea what make it is? Doesn't matter to be honest.

Brilliant idea. Sadly a great number of landlords and agents are not that great to deal with and getting a place through someone you know/the grapevine could save a whole load of hassle.
