I'm now on 142x12 through axle. These should work for most MTB hubs:
Non-drive (for 160mm rotor, there's a 140mm version too):

Fork was $200 from soma, the dropouts were direct from $40 from paragon (I'm in the US).
@pascalo the rake and a-c are the same so handling hasn't changed but it is much stiffer under braking. Need to figure out how to fit my surly rack since the mounts have swapped to infront of the dropout and now the caliper is in the way :(

Moved out here for a while for work, figured I'd build this while I'm here as it would be cheaper than doing it in the UK. Rims are frequency team i23. Wouldn't go back to tubes now, you can see from where the sealant comes out how many punctures it's saved you from. Rack is a nitto m18 with a wald basket that I cut down to half the height. It was ok for light stuff but I use this for commuting and grocery runs mostly so I replaced it with a surly cromoly, rated to 30 kg and is a lot stiffer when the ILE bag is full. The basket is just attached with some heavy duty cable ties

Leaving London so selling my commuter of the last 3 years. Standard-ish aluminium langster, size 56. Frame has been stripped back to raw, would look awesome with a polish. Most parts in very good condition, tyres and wheels have <1000 miles on them. Forks have been replaced to run 28c with full guards. One issue - seatpost is difficult to move. Can move side to side but reluctant to go up and down. Might just be because I haven't tried to move it in 3 years, I'm 5'11 with normal length legs for reference.
Spec:
Frame: 2011 Aluminium Langster, raw finish, 56cm
Forks: Kinesis Racelight 7075 with long drop calliper
Crankset: Standard Sugino messenger, currently set up 42/16 freewheel, wellgo flats
Wheels: Front - Halo Aerorage black with machined braking surface, Rear - V-Sprint Quando fixed/free to 30mm machined rim
Tyres: Continential Gator Hardshells, 28c. Loads of life left
Bars: Prolite bullhorns, Cane Creek TT levers and CX interrupter levers fitted. Suede-y fizik tape, small hole on the right sideCan also throw in the original rear wheel (bearings need a service) and drops if wanted. Pickup only from Fulham / Imperial College.

Drank the 1x kool-aid with the XT 11-42 cassette, rival 1 shifters / brakes and force 42T crankset. Feels like a new bike
