Isnt there more then one Titanium builder in UK? Also, I kind of think that normal tool would do it, as you said u r just chasing the thread and not cutting it and hardened steel tools should be harder then titanium (random google of hrc scales).. good luck

Practice lugs are like 2.50 GBP pp and tubes like 4-6 GBP. I would knock 3-4 practices first just to figure out how to draw the filler... silver is much easier to work with and wouldnt cost you more then 30-40 GBP for the frame. Would be a shame to ruin the nice tubes/lugs or have the frame disintegrate while riding.. gl!

Looking good! After my limited experience in lug brazing i would def advice using silver on first lugs and some practice lugs and tubes from ceeway for brass brazing. Cut up and see how filled they are..

procraft and deda look identical, spotter bars have a little bit more reach and a bit less drop? I will need to buy M186 from planetx although 50 Euro for bars pains me.

Random update on Koga. My knee is getting better, I am trying to follow through with an eccentric squats on a incline board routine... albeit not much riding and even 10-12 km rides leave a sour knee. I am gonna need a serious internet bike fit soon.

Need some advice here on the aesthetic part regarding the bars. Updated the front part to Hylix and a quite nice CNC 1" stem (- the ugly graphics). Good bye shims and 31.8 bars!

Here some random bars from the part box. Ultimately I would like a Nitto finishing kit (brazed stem and m186 bars) and a metallic green or candy red paint job (c-track) with golden decals, but $$$.

Yeah, a good lbs will have a tool to sort it out. It's a 5 min job. Won't be as strong as it was, but should hold good. Out of interest, how did it happen?

A lot of good enough opinions on new hylix. Also used 1" forks (IMHO) all come with a good bit of unknown history and some of them tend to be quite flexy.
