Sticky tape on it, but will be hidden under fresh tape.

Only minor scratches from insertion, non on the stem itself.

It's not NJS frame, it's from UCI track championships so trispoke would make sense

Got a deep drop Jaguar. It's great. I've used it with steel risers and aluminium risers. And I much prefer the feel of all steel, so B123 would be a great match with a steel Jaguar.

Everything over 24 looks ugly if radial

Just saying that it's not everything and besides I have 32 radial on my road bike and one of my track bikes and it looks great.

I wouldn't want one myself but they look pretty cool on those bikes

No ways!! More the better!! Some of the cruiser bikes on Venice beach look awesome with 48 radial.

For sale is a clincher track Wheelset of Campagnolo Record hubs laced with Sapim spokes to Velocity Synergy Rims. These have been used 5 times for about 80 miles total.
The front wheel is 36 spoke 3 cross lacing and the rear is 40 spoke 3 cross lacing.
Campagnolo track nuts and lockring included. Slight scratches on one of the rims, check photos.

Laced with Phil Wood double butted spokes.
Fixed/Fixed Rear wheel.
100mm front spacing, 120mm rear spacing. 700c clincher.
Front Wheel has braking surface, Rear Wheel doesn't have braking surface.
These wheels are only suitable for Fixed Gear.
