Oh :( like many others I was always fond of the couple of words shared when I'd bump into him around Norwich, a strange mix of being star-struck and proud of a local person. I always hoped he didn't mind random cyclists greeting him when he was out and about, think I most recently saw him birdwatching at Whitlingham, very sad to know that was the last time.

Yep, I've had a flyer for a few weeks now, I'll be there!
I saw that Rich Mitch was tagging Lachlan and Gus Morton on IG, would be amazing if either of them had time in their schedule to turn up.
Does anybody know if Alec Briggs knows about it yet, I think he's on here and I'm sure plenty of people are friendly with him? Seems very much in line with Tekkerz ethos.

@Ludd The barn owls are prime album sleeve contenders, great photos.

The drummer is really great @Yukirin
I've also had my share of 'fun' trying to take band shots in small dark venues. The aesthetic definitely works for heavy bands, thankfully. All taken on X100, 1600 iso, 2 stops under exposed.
Strongly inspired by Stefaan Temmerman's work with Amenra.

Amazing day out, as always. Went very prepared which we were glad of, stayed mostly dry and warm despite 3 hours on the hill in the weather. Quite funny that it was blue sky by the time the presentation happened, will probably add to the legend of the day as the stories of the conditions get more and more outrageous.
Shame that Tom and Bithja missed out on a sub-3min and sub-4min respectively, but I suppose that's an incentive if it's ever held there again. Was sad not to see a forum skinsuit either, but still lost my voice with all the cheering.
Saw some pretty worrying looking people being held/carried back down, hope that everybody ended up OK. Shout out to James Hartley, who we sat next to in Grasshopper in Hope, 3rd Junior and 16th overall.

They’re a more generous fit than true road shoes from Giro, at least in my experience with the Empire SLX. These feel pretty normal through the heel and the mid foot, but they’re larger in the toe box, and they’re more padded at the ankle presumably because they think people are more likely to want thick socks or to wear them through the winter. They’re definitely somewhere between a CX shoe and an MTB shoe and I’d say they’d be perfect for commuting, although Shawn has just paid for both, so these are gone I’m afraid!

Worn a handful of times, but had to accept that these are a touch too small for me. Listed as a UK11 but I'd say they're more like a 10.
Excellent condition, no wear to the tread, fully waterproof as expected etc.
Prices are all over £100 from reputable places, so how about £50 posted anywhere in the UK.
Open to sensible offers.

Organised to stay with friends in Sheffield for Nationals weekend, so will be making my annual hillgrimage from Norfolk to cheer you lot on, assuming the usual crew will all be entering? Closed road Winnats is going to be iconic; the hill climb amphitheatre.
Same friend was one of the unfortunate ones at Haytor, came to a complete stop behind a car turning right across the traffic just before the HQ, had to unclip, foot down and everything. I think he's just going to watch this year!

Snapseed for iPad has always been good for me.
