What's the best way to do this? Meet at a busy train station mid way?

£850 for the bike so not an insane amount of bike to meet in public with.

What's the simplest way to sit in/test drive a couple of cars?

Based in Catford. Would like to try fabia/Octavia estates. No idea where to start on this. Skoda dealer? Giant car supermarket? Find one on the street and ask an owner?

Leaving my running watch in the hands of my toddler for 2mins has resulted in the bracket for the strap snapping. Meaning its not possible to replace the strap.

What would be the best glue/resin to try and fix it back together?

As seen in the pics this frame has been used/raced and has a few scuffs. If I tried to list every mark I would probably miss one. Any specific areas I can get more detailed pics if needed.

Rome2rio is a good start for initial planning (not train specific).
Id then divert to seat61 for specific guidance on booking trains/best times etc.

Edit. Not sure those sites will help with cheapest day to travel etc like Skyscanner would.
