Hope Kuss holds on today, but there's all the talk of the "team win" etc.
I hope JV and Kuss just follow Aysuo and Mas today, and maybe let Roglic go in the final KMs...
... But I think Ving will go for it though, as much as he probably likes Kuss, he's not won a Vuelta, clearly has the legs to do so, and I don't think you get to that level of cycling without having a bit of a win at all costs mentality, especially when it's just a decision as to if you fancy it or not

And the top 10 from that day....
Foliforov nor Firsanov have ever won another WT race. Foliforov's only other top 10 in that race came from a breakaway stage.
If they did motor dope, and got away with it, it has to be possible others did.

Yes, I'd assume so that unless they say, it's regular. I own CX237's (one version older CX238) and can say that even with the regular size, it's the widest shoe I've tried, the little mesh panel on the lateral side of the shoe generates a lot of give. They're stiff as you like, though I do think this comes at the expense at sole thickness with these (though rn I guess that's last of your worries).
This page has all the info on Lake sizing:
https://ridelev.com/pages/lake-cycling-shoe-size-guideInteresting I've tried CX-332's in a 44.5 wide (my CX-237's are a 44.5 regular) and I found them to be too short, so now going to give the CX-332's a go in 45, as when it gets to summer I find the CX-237's a little bit loose with summer socks and doing harder stuff.
As Chellis says, best thing to do is try some one and ideally on a bike. I've found walking in cycling shoes and just trying them on is completely different to actually riding in them. Sounds obvious, but might need saying.

Bit left field, but hoping someone might have some experience... I've signed up to Battle on the beach this year, and doing it on a rigid hardtail. The race is half Dutchie style beach race, half blue-level singletrack in the woods.
Has anyone got any tyre reccomendations? So far I have:
Schwalbe G -One's
Schwalbe Thunder burts (maybe G one on the back and Thunderburt up front?)
Continental Speedking (if I can find them) -
With all this Lake chat @apc it's probably worth mentioning there's some very good prices over at Pearson, for what are Lake CX238's and Lake CX332's. I suspect the 238's will be of most interest as that "Competition" last has a high volume area in the forefoot.

Hi all, spoke length help needed. Building some Novatec D791SB CL and D792SB-CL hubs to DT Swiss R470 DB Rims. I've put all my numbers into the Dt Swiss spoke builder and it's come out with the attached.
I'm going to use Alpina F1 spokes because I can get them cheaper but then probably get the DT Swiss nipples as I know the threaded lengths can vary, and if I'm using a DT Swiss calculator, they probably have it right.
What spoke sizes should I get when I can only get even increments?
I'm thinking x38 284mm and x14 282mm because always round down....

Cheapest I found for 4iiii R7000 - £205

Schwalbe One's set up tubeless I think... come on some of the chpt3 Brompton and I can't imagine there's much faster out there in that size
