I previously had a Razesa with Nerwig tubing.
I liked it a lot. Really light and comfy. Pretty flexy. I just used for commuting, but Ive no complaints really.
I did write it off though by rear ending a car, in ultra slow motion. The impact was laughable, but it was enough to put a bump in the down tube that eventually formed a crack. So yeah - handle with care!
Enjoy. -

I've got this frame below on the way to me as we speak, it sports the Martinez Heredia colours, It is the name of a shop in Alcalá de Henares, Madrid. Its the family name of two spanish riders and the name of their shop in Alcalá de Henares, Madrid. According to the person who sold it to me they bought large volumes of track frames, repainted them and used them to teach people how to ride in the velodrome etc.
Nice find! Hope you got a decent price. Ive seen a few great deals on components and bikes coming from that velodrome. They were selling off a load of dura ace track wheelsets a while back for 100 a pair. Obviously didnt last long.

Sounds expensive!
This guy has a pretty detailed account of fully chroming his Rossin - may be of interest to you. -
So I started to find out what model it maybe and here I am....are there many other info sites/places you could guide me too please....it is very interesting and exciting to think I might own this lovely piece of engineering
thanks AlanDont know if thus has been mentioned upthread, but search Prestige here and you'll find a few:
http://rossinproject.blogspot.com.es/I wonder how many of these Rossin made? Ive trawled fairly extensively online and dont think Ive come across more than 15 or so (online).
Make him an offer and let us know how you get on!

Has anyone here with the Castelli Nanoflex arm/leg warmers noticed any stretch in the over time. Just received the armwarmers and after wearing them for 5 mins I can barely feel my arms! Im thinking I need to size up, though the large seems like it'll be too big - Im far from being Schwarzenegger.
(Sidenote: awesome, the spellcheck corrects Schwarzenegger for you.....)

I haven't got that far yet, but will look through some catalogues and see if I can find any info on the threading as its late and should go to bed. But I read somewhere it should be italian or french?
Yeah, think it might be French. the cranks on mine have been re tapped to take the usual 9/16 threaded pedals, but if youve already got your hands on Zeus pedals then youve nothing to worry about. The crankarm bolts look to be a special size compared to a few others, but haven't got round to fitting either.
Yeah, i think so. What happens is that once you inset them, there's not enough space between the edges of the head of the bolt and the surrounding hole in the crank arm to get a normal socket wrench in there.
Zeus used to have theyre own tool for doing this apparently. A few of the more decent bike shops here in Spain have home made tools for this very purpose; basically a socket thats been pared down to fit into that tiny gap. Alternatively you can just switch it for the correct sized Allen bolt, but since youve got the bolts already (and even the bolts alone go for a few quid these days!), maybe your next project will be DIY tool making.... good luck! How many holes do your hubs have? Let me know if you ever decide to sell the wheels off might be interested.
Will have to check the no of holes. Will let you know if i flog them, as Im considering it, but the threads on the rear hub arent in great nick.. -
Looks great. Youre really putting the work in.
Out of interest, have you found a lockring that fits? I recently bought a bike with a pair of Zeus pista hubs that I've yet to find the right lockring for.Ive had a few other surprises with Zeus parts too, between the pedal/crankarm threading and those bastard crankarm bolts that are almost impossible to access.
Chapeau for getting it this far! -

Awesome work!
Seems like there's a real niche here. Ive moved past the balance bike with my kid, and Im currently looking for a first pedal bike. There's a real glut of weirdly proportioned, heavy-as-lead, unrepairable crap-bikes out there. Last one i borrowed off someone for my kid literally weighed more than my bike. -

The fork crown is the same alright. Theres no serial number on the frame, and I didnt check when i took the fork off to paint it, so Ill have to have a look again.
The cables do run through the BB shell, but the shell doesn´t have the cut out "R". Apart from that though, yours is the most similar to mine that Ive come across so far.
sweet jersey/jacket!
This obsession runs deep!
