Holy shit!!!!

This is turning out to be much harder than I'd anticipated. I'm after a hi viz pink look at my corners!

Helmet, buff, fingerless gloves and socks.

Helmet? No joy so far. Medium required.

The Buff I can find is fleece....too warm.

Mittens I think I can get, and socks are easy.

It's mainly an out of stock issue.

Top bolt retaining the rear shock in the frame of my 2008 Scott Genius DTSwiss Tracloc rear suss bike has failed and I can't find a replacement. I'd buy a bolt, a frame or even a bike ....to fix this. Help!

Restored Schauff racing bike. Stripped and rebuilt with new tyres, pads, cables and saddle. 5 speed Hurret gears. Medium frame, a tad long and tall for me at 5'6". It's beautiful. £180 collected from Gloucester or plus courier costs in a strong cardboard bike box.

Apropos turn-ups. In my skinhead days in the 70's I wore turn-ups on my jeans. I also trained a kestrel (stick with this, it's worth it). Sitting on my gloved fist Kessy would eat small birds I'd shot, flicking inedible bits off to the ground. My mam one day decided to wash my jeans. She found a rotten starling's head in the turn-up of one leg. Maybe check yours? That's it.

This made me smile. My neighbour in his 70s refuses to pay more than £3000 for a car.....because that's what he paid for his 4 bedroom semi in Gloucester (50 years ago!).
