Hi, I am looking for a specialized langster. I prefer the pre 2010 models as I like the frames as well as them being cheaper but if the price is right I could settle for something later.
If you have anything that is similar or you think is a great ride don't be shy and let me know.
It will need to be between 54 and 56 cm.
It needs to have at least one brake as well as a flip flop hub.
I am not looking to break the bank here so anything over the £200 ish mark I wont be able to buy.
Cheers

Alright then, so bad idea or not
I have a 53cm 2009 Gary Fisher Triton in good nick with a set of Varno-built DP18's on Miche hubs for £325. Based in London.
It's the one I bought from YetiDamo, http://www.lfgss.com/thread72544.html, a bit small for me though.Well done Duncs, you could be the first of many.
Great bike just a little out of my price range at the moment but I am sure someone will want it.

Possibly more like Full / Complete bikes? This isn't a time to say UTFS because a lot of people don't include the word Complete or Full bike in their listing meaning you still end up missing out on a lot of bikes when searching that way.
It's a good idea.
Thankyou Keval, thats exactly the problem.
If your selling a bike why not add it to the thread. if anyone has any better ideas then please say so.

Thanks for the fast responses guys.
I appreciate you all getting back to me.
photopositive and Gouldy I think the bikes may be too big for me but I definitely like the look of your bike Gouldy.
Indra Ripper I think your bike will be too small for me.
Louis94 your bike looks great and is a good price as well but I am a little hesitant about the buckled wheel. How much would that be to fix?
(On a side note does anyone know why am I not sent email notifications about replies to my posts as well as private messages sent to me.
Cheers

Sorry to jump on the thread but I am a new member and in order for me to create a new thread I have to wait 24 hours and post at least three times so hopefully I will be able to do this soon.
In the meantime I have a similar question as the OP but my budget is £100-£250. I live in hackney so have seen a lot of the No Logo bikes and similar cheap makes and from reading the forums I see that those bikes will end up costing me more in the long run.
I would love to build my own bike but at the moment I am a definite newbie so I will not attempt that just yet.
I am 5ft 9"/10"
I dont mind second hand bikes at all as long as they are in decent nick.
I would preferably want a flip flop hub so I can try out the fixie option when I am ready, but this is not a deal breaker.
Other than that I am up for any suggestions.
Cheers in advance

Does anyone know where to get the Kryptonite New York Lock M18-WS. Its very similar to the fag but is a little bigger.
I have the M18-WL but its just too big.
Having the M18-WS and a fag would be great but I just cant find anywhere that sells the M18-WS.
