Best budget 700c/disc brake/11spd-wheels?
Shimano/SRAM or Campagnolo bodies are both an option. Been eyeing Mavics new Crossone: http://www.mavic.com/wheels-mountainbike-crossone?tablet=1#.Ushhviy9KSM

When i stopped off in Germany i saw a few 20" wheel bikes which looked handy!
Yeah, the handymen of the hospital all ride these 20" wheel dual rack bike. I'll try and get a photo of them.
A lot of folks also use kick bikes. A 67 year old super serious surgeon on a bright red and blue kids kick bike is a wonderful sight. =)

Something which turned the polo bike into a tow-along would be safer?
It's very possible to do just that with just a rack and some clever knots!
Fork goes to rack, rear wheel to the road. Then the rope makes sure the fork stays on the rack and attaches the front wheel to the side of pulled bike.
There, an extra-wheel bike!

i would say £300. it is retro carbon. the frame is in good nick. the saddle matches perfectly sti a bonus. you might get lucky and get two collectors bidding . its deffinately a mark above the giant cadex even that was over £1000 in '94
You are talking about frameset+saddle here, right? Would fell kind of bad selling it with the crap, broken group it has on now.
Got an idea about the wheels?

Would this frame or these wheels be worth anything?
Gears (halfbroken), brakes, chainset and soforth I plan on keeping for a beater.
Frame is a Specialized Epic SE from 1994. Carbon tubes with aluminium lugs, which are in great condition.
There is no damage, besides some cosmetic, to it.
Wheels are Rigida 30 mm rims laced to Campagnolo something.

Is that stem ti?
Relevant question. I have no idea..
I'm no expert but this looks bit like an older Merlin Extralight CX frame, the welds at the dropouts, the rear brake brigde and the seatbolt. Google for images to compare.
I see what you mean and you might well be right. Shot an email of to Mr Kellog who would have been the designer if this is the case.
EDIT: Tom Kellog answered, not a Merlin.

I found a used titanium bike for sale, but I have only a vague of what a fair price is. Help appreciated!
Seller thinks the frame it is from 2001, unknown brand, "Litespeed" are just stickers. Welds seems good?
The rest of the components are mostly run down, so they should not be a very large factor. I realize geography will play a part, lets forget that for a moment, but bike is in Sweden.

Kenda small block 8 CX.
http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=57803
Very versitile tyres that actually work both on and off road.
Small blocks, I love them. I have Michelin Country Rocks on my commuter-MTB. Just brilliant. And so cheap.
Nice! Bars and mudguard id`s?
