I am looking for a small single speed as a Xmas pressie. A complete build would be ideal. Just something light and nippy to fit someone 5'4 either a flat bar or ladies frame.Budget maxed out at £200.

I have heard nothing back on the brakes so the Cane creek cross top L brake lever and shimano 105 front brake are still available.
