If you do look local I'd avoid Amphlett Lissimore, in particular 'Bob Moyles.' When we sold our flat earlier in the year he was very slow and unorganised (even for a solicitor). First time we tried to exchange and complete same day he forgot to request his client's funds, second time we tried to complete he didn't transfer the money on the day (no chain btw), and we completed the following working day, which being a bank holiday weekend cost the buyer about £250 in late fees.
College road was always good for hill training, usually quieter than the other 'cause it has a toll booth on (cars only).

Just accepted an offer on my flat. The missus and I are looking at moving from Crystal Palace to East Dorset way, just never quite realise just how obscene London property prices are until you look somewhere else. Have asked Martin Browne for quote on the conveyancing, so will be making a donation to the forum!

Had one of those commutes where it feels like you get stuck at every light. Still could have been worse, like the guy in full livestrong kit, mountain bike trying to pull away from some lights on Camberwell new road broke in two.
Don't think he'll wait until he's just about to stop to change gear again.

So my Nexus 5 is dead. Was running the latest version of Android (received OTA), lost signal yesterday so decided just to turn it off and on again. It just hung on the boot animation and never loaded.
I wiped the cache, then the data, and then finally downloaded and flashed the OS and still no luck. Has anyone else experienced this?

Got an unused bike hanger looking for a new home. I bought it originally to hang a couple bikes in the flat, but couldn't convince the missus of the practical and aesthetic benefits, so it's been under the bed for about a year.
You can see product photos here:
Can hold up to 3 bikes.
Item is located in Crystal Palace, not looking for any money, would seem wasteful to just throw it away.

I agree with the sentiments of this article: http://www.zdnet.com/article/pixel-galaxy-iphone-oh-my-why-pay-a-premium-when-every-phone-runs-the-same-apps/
They all run the same apps, so unless there is a 'killer' new feature or your old phone is dying, is there any need to buy the latest flagship.
