Frame has been resprayed some years ago.
53cm seat tube (c-t-c) x 54cm top tube.
100mm front spacing, 120mm rear spacing, ITA bottom bracket threads and takes 27.2mm seatpost

Frameset is free from dings and rust.
Original Legnano brass badge included

nice bike, but if frameset is from 1962 as you wrote 95% of components are period incorrect

@Jancque Vitali was one of the best framebuilder of our region. As @anidel wrote he became famous as Gimondi mechanic. He was based in Russi (a small town near Ravenna, approx 75km from Bologna)
There are plenty of similiraties between this frame and the Somec ones from the same years. Seat lug and fork crown are almost the same so it's very easy to think that there was a sort of partnership between Vitali and Somec (someone told me that Vitali built many Somec branded frames).
