Can anyone please help me identify what type/era campag seatpost I have here? 27.2mm. Anything I should be looking out for to give a clue? Thanks in advance.

Front wheel: Mavic Open Pro on Goldtec Hub

Rim is not true. Hub has done about 1000 miles and one of the track nuts has either seized or messed up the internal thread as I cant get it out
