I've got a Raleigh Royal Mixte for sale on here (not modern but could be built up all modern like) if you're interested https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/322736/#comment14305016

Hi,
Bought this a couple of weeks ago from a very scrupulous eBay seller who'd owned it from new and looked after it, but sadly too big for its intended rider. It's in fantastic condition, and looks like it has been kept inside her whole life. The previous owner has recently serviced all the bearings (hubs, headset, bottom bracket), and replaced all the cable inner/outers.
Raleigh Royal Mixte
21" Reynolds 531 double butted frame27" Weinmann alloy rims/hubs (36h)
Front: Schwalbe Marathon 27 x 1 1/4"
Rear: Michelin World Tour 27 x 1 1/4"
both with plenty of life left.
See below for tyre option :)10 Speed:
Suntour front derailleur, double stronglight chainset
Shimano rear derailleur, original Suntour 5 speed cassette with wide-ranging gears
Suntour power shifters - ratcheted downtube shiftersWeinmann centre-pull brakes with suicide levers
Original deep-drop bars
New cablesCurrently having the wheels trued at Paradise Cycles (they're in good condition but had about 3-4mm of out-of-true to sort out), and will give all her and all her chrome bits (of which there are plenty!) a good polish. Available to view/ride from next weekend, or sooner if Paradise get the wheels sorted sooner. Only negative is that the freewheel is a bit noisy - according to Sheldon these Suntour freewheels are very rare and interesting and about the only ones worth servicing - https://www.sheldonbrown.com/suntour-freewheel.html). It's a great freewheel as it has such a wide range, but you could easily replace it with a modern Shimano (or Sunrace or whatever) freewheel for peanuts (e.g. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/113059087143 ). It does need a special removal tool, but I'll include this as I bought it with the intention of doing this up and now have no use for it.
looking for £220, open to offers. For £240 I'll throw in (and fit) a brand new pair of Panaracer Paselas (the best all-round 27" tyres on the market in my opinion... 95% of the puncture resistance of Schwalbe Marathons at half the weight, with that all-important gum sidewall :D)

I have an Ultegra di2 hydraulic disc groupset and a set of wheels from an old steel bike. I want to go carbon. Endurance geometry, but still quite punchy.
I've narrowed it down (I think) to the Cube Agree C:62 (2016) or the Focus Cayo Evo (2015)
The Agree is super cheap (£360) but frame only, no forks. I'll either have to beg Cube to sell me some, or use a third-party fork like the Enve or Columbus options.
The Cayo is a bit more but still a steal (£800), and includes forks.
So by the time I've got a decent third-party fork, probably similar cost..
Thoughts?
Am I even allowed to mention the c-word here?! ;)

Thanks, that's super helpful. So hardly worth the change from 700c?
