The faff with a brompton is the 15mm spanner needed for the wheel nuts, but they're more common on fixies I think.
I've just ordered a set of marathon pluses, as I picked out about 60 odd glass and flint fragments out of my original brompton green tyres. Bromptons get a lot of wear and tear, as the drive train is so low to the ground, plus the back tyre takes a lot of weight. -
