Frame got vandalised at the weekend in attempted steal. Need something to replace it for daily commute.

Go for it mate. You'll be in the good books for a long time. Although converting a mtb to single speed isn't really ideal. Horizontal dropouts are an issue, and the chain stay is slightly out. Try find a decent old racing frame with vertical drop outs.

Selling my old Townsend Phantom frame and forks.
Think it is from the mid 80s. Yours for a mere 20 golden nuggets.
