That info was given to me with the frame from Hillary Stone, the frame was built in the 70s and I assume Wendy used it to win her 95 and 96 championships. Sorry if that's confusing I'm just going on what I've been told

the tyres are 25's but they're 700c wheels so not the tightest fit.
