You could save yourself a lot of money by learning how to true a wheel yourself. All you need is a good nipple wrench (park tools do some good ones) and a good eye. There's plenty of tuts about on youtube.
As said above, if you can try before you buy.
I've bought too many things now which only after purchasing realised are not to my taste. Not nice when you've just spent a great deal of monies.
Buy a motorcycle lock. You get much better value for money. I think it's Mototrax os something along those lines who make some decent heavy duty locks. Obviously you need a decent bag to distribute the weight.
