I ordered a Canyon Commuter 5.0 without the discount. I complained when I saw the discount a week later and mailed them, they changed the price on my bill, quite good support if you ask me. Then I saw that they added some free stuff too (saddlebag, multitool) and I was like, wow, that is good service. Then I recieved another mail that they will sent it 5 weeks later. Meh, could be worse. I think they still have some delivery problems due to their change to SAP.
