Sadly I had an incident where upon trying to remove my stronglight crankset using the self extracting bolts fitted the whole thing imploded. I was assured that this was not due to faulty parts so had to buy a new one as I can not get the drive side crank off of the bb. But maybe you can (I probably could of tried harder). So I have some spares some from the damaged set, some from the new one. The crank set is great but I do not recommend using the flimsy self extracting caps just remove them and use a crank puller to save yourself the trouble I have been through. All prices are inclusive of UK postage.
Brand New Stronglight 48T Comp 144 Track Ring £25
Brand New Left Side Stronglight Track 2000 Crank Arm (with bolt and self extracting cap) £15
Worth noting I did fit this to my bike by mistake but it was immediately removed and has not been used.
(sorry I should of cleaned it before taking photos...)JP 400 107mm JIS Bottom Bracket & Right Side Stronglight Crank Arm £15
Bottom Bracket is british thread and has the stronglight crank arm is tightly affixed to it. Comes with Chain ring bolts. Whole thing is 6 months old except for the bolts which I think are the new ones.
Now the problem with this is that...
A. the crank bolt head sheared off so the threaded bit of the bolt is still in their. But I think once the arm is off you will be able to grip it enough to remove it.
B. Removing the arm on the other hand is trickier. The self extracting cap snapped in half about the same time the bolt head gave in and half of this is still threaded in the crank arm. This means you cant get a crank puller in enough to pull the arm off. So your options are either come up with a way to remove the bit of aluminium that was part of the self extracting cap or drive the arm off with a vice, a mallet and something small to hit the top of what was the bolt as well as some lubricants.
...If you are successful you will need new crank bolts as one snapped in half as described and I have lost the other one I think.Or you can have all the above for £40 delivered.
I also have this Gusset single speed 17T cog for Campy Wheel....still. £7

Im after a few bits/bikes for myself and friends and thought this might be easier and has reaped some rewards in the past...
Cheap Singlespeed Build
58cm around the £100 mark for a friend to consider.Shimano 105 Groupset Parts
I need the following to complete a touring bike im building, all need to be black and as new as possible would be nice:10spd rear mech, chain, spd pedals and may also consider (although will need to be cheap) a double crankset.
48T Chainring
Ideally a Sugino Messenger 130 p.c.d (I have a 46T one I could swap, or happy to buy). Others considered.ALTERNATIVELY
Track Crankset with a 48T chainring (like an rd2 for example). Then ill stick the FSA crankset I have on my track bike on the tourer and buy new rings for that and put new ones on the track bike.
To be honest iv really confused myself as to what I want to do with regards to cranksets (I was just going to share my FSA ones between bikes but I think thats more hassle than its worth)....so tempt me but as ever needs to be on the cheaper side of things.
Fixed Wheel/Wheelset
Finally iv convinced my friend to get new wheels as im fed up of trueing his "vintage" ones for him with broken spokes that he wont fix...However he now wants to go fixed. On his racing frame with horizontal dropouts and 130mm rear spacing. Let me know if you can help.
Im not actually living in London anymore but am there quite often for collections or have friends that I might be able to get to pick up for me. Postage on smaller items may be easier though.
Thanks for anything you may have.

On-One Macinato XL
For sale is my much loved Macinato which I built myself a couple years ago but has been used less and less (I think once in the last year when it did the dynamo). Its in varying condition due to the parts being of different ages but generally good. I live in Suffolk at the moment and the price includes delivery however I will be in London 4th - 6th Feb and 26th - 27th so could do collection then.
Macinato XL Frame - Has a few paint chips from being in a trailer with other bikes and inadequate protection which are pictured but otherwise in good condition and is only a couple of years old. Its 57cm but compact geometry so suitable for people 6' - 6'4".
H Plus Son on Goldtec Hub (fixed/fixed) - Rear wheel which I built myself has a freewheel on one side, a gatorskin tyre with some life left in it. Rim is gunmetal grey and spokes are black (apart from one red).
Stronglight Track Crankset - Really good condition just over a year old. Cheap pedals and some straps which I bought on here a couple of years ago.
REAL Design Carbon Forks - Really light full carbon forks about 387g I think. I will mention however that under a lot of speed down steep hills there is some speed wobble. This is a known issue with these forks but it is only an issue if you do cane it down steep hills, there fine day to day. But worth baring in mind as it can be a bit disconcerting.
Shimano 105 Front Brake / Tektro Lever - Good front brake with a really nice slim (simplest I could find) brake lever.
San Marco Saddle (really nice saddle but has a few scuffs and small tears), Charge Bullhorns (one of the grips has a tear as you can see in the photos), Deda Stem (relatively new and really short and responsive), Mavik Aksium front wheel (bought this used for the dynamo so my friend could take this out, not a great wheel...), BLB Red Ass Saver and ill throw in a brand new phaat pump.
