My Tern S-00 was stolen last December after many happy hides rides around town with the kids in the back. A hiplok chain, anchor and D lock doing fuck all to deter the local thieves. Laka were brilliant and got me a replacement, but we have since moved out of London and after a couple of short runs with my son on the back, it's clear the local A roads are way too fast/riddled with 4 inch deep potholes and we're just not going to use it. It's almost brand new with 40miles on the clock. Would anyone be interested in it here? The switch for the headlight is broken from when we moved house, otherwise in the condition you'd expect from a bike with 40 miles on it.

I have an extra 500w battery as well which has seen some use as it's from the old bike. £4.5k all in? Based in Sussex now, but can bring it up to London on the train.

Morning, my Tern S-00 was nicked night before last from our driveway, its the belt drive one.

Usually left inside but put it out there for two nights, covered and attached to an anchor and locked with a big chain in Stoke Newington, feeling pretty stupid. Light blue, with a storm box. Frame number AA10505843. If anyone spots it popping up on classifieds, can they give me a shout? Thanks.

You can use the yahoo finance app to send a notifications at lots of different levels if you like. Not as fancy as wise, but probably saves you a bit on the spread.

We've recently renovated our kitchen and have a fairly new Bosch 4 ring hob and Franke mixer tap that need a home. One of the hob control slips is missing and another is slightly cracked, otherwise in v good condition.

This worked out at about £40/SQM, the list price comes down a lot if you set up an account. Its Ted Tod's trade standard and can have knots, but it looks really good. Laid it floating, not sure my back will ever be the same but very happy with it.

It's Durasein rather than Corian, but same bag. I think the patent on Corian has run out so there are loads of new people making very similar products. It looks great, but annoying to keep that way.

It's habitat, I think it might have been one of the last.

We got the Victorian plumbing one, it doesn't scratch the design itch, but the boiling water is really helpful. Looks ok in the kitchen

We are ripping our kitchen out next week, long story of friend setting up kitchen biz and using us as a beta/alpha test ensues to create an amazing space for us beyond what we would actually be able to do somewhere else renders the current setup defunkt! Units, bar the ones linked to the kitchen sink all seem in ok condition. (Its a 15 year old IKEA kitchen). Would anyone want anything from the wreckage? Thinking box units and cabs? If I had a shed it would be going there but London etc.

Minimised VOC and hard wearing is the target. I know companies like Lick are pretty good at reducing chemical release and we used Earthborn before on the walls which is clay based and low VOC. Durability is awful though as lovely as it looks. Our two and four year old have destroyed the area we painted last year and we can't wipe it down without getting streaks.

I'll have a look at the Dulux stuff, try a few tests.

We've had our kitchen and bathroom sorted and just moving on to painting the place. I'd like to use as few nasty chemicals in the house as possible, if water based is as good or close to, we'd like to use it.

Has anyone gone down the water based rather than oil paint route for woodwork?
