I realise the post advertising the Chrome Woodrup was a long time ago - but does anyone know where this went or any other details - in the mid 70's I owned a fully chromed Woodrup which was originally built for Hugh Smith for the national 50 championships, it also had the same dent in the down tube cause by the brakes.
Another identifying feature was the cutout under the bottom bracket which was filled with fibreglass to save weight - I think the frame was built from Columbus PL tubing.
I would love to discover if this is the same frame, I only remember selling it on to someone in the Gt Yarmouth Cycling club
regards
Mike
