would you consider building a bike like this for someone else? i'm also struggling to find a touring frame that suits my needs!

I have a 700 road frameset i need to put 26 OR 650B wheels on.

The clearance on 700c is 32mm.

How can I work out the equivalent clearance with 26 or 650 wheels.

And please don't suggest fitting wheels to see, obviously I'll be buying online so need to know the clearance beforehand.

Super nice drop bars, not sure of the brand but i paid £40 for them new from Recycles bike shop, a few scuffs and marks from general use but still in great condition. £18

Sugino 17t fixed cog and lockring. Sugino's patent design, a great idea meaning you can quickly swap ratio's without having to remove the cog, just the lockring. £20 for the cog and lockring

Cranks that came off my Subrosa Malum last year.
Pretty used with a fair amount of scuffing.

Ritchey SPD pedals, pretty rusty but they still work, all they need is a spot of wd40 or some shit. £10

AClass Front hub, 10 spoke holes each side, includes NEW Bontrager skewer. NEVER USED OR EVEN FITTED. £20

Crazy light stem, roughly 10cm long, standard mtb fitting, no branding but super light and has a wicked cool cut out bit on the faceplate. £10

Tektro U-brake caliper, came off my old bmx time ago but never got rid of it.
never used, pads are brand new. £5

DMR Wingbars, cut to about 16", rad bars for a beater, good holding positions and that. terrible tape job but it works and can be removed easy enough. £5

DMR V8 pedals, were once red but i stripped them ages ago, decent condition, missing a couple of pins here and there but they work fine.
removable pins anyway so they can be replaced if you wish. £8
