right last thing before I let this thread sleep.
I have a pair of Rexton white road shoes in size 45. They have look Keo cleats fitted. The shoes and cleats have been used once for track at the London velopark. It wasnt me so I'm not going again. The shoes are absolutly mint condition and the cleats are the same, only worn for 2 hours at the most. £45

Right, How does that sound, there is probably more to come when I keep digging in the shed!
Feel free to make me an offer (within reason) if you think my prices are skewed.
I would much rather not post, Collection in Ham, Richmond ( or Richmond Station/Kingston Station)

Hi guys,
So I have grown out of my previous cross frame set and am looking for a quick replacement as I am hoping to race this weekend!
I am a 58cm frame and to be honest any sort of frame will do and condition doesn't really matter as long as it is structurally sound i'm happy.
If you have anything that would be awesome Im not really looking to spend any more then £60. I know this is a tall order but I'm 17 and cycling is an expensive sport! I would be happy to come and collect from anywhere in london though.
Cheers,
Bouncy.

Noob question! basically I want to try wheel building for not much money and have seen some budget rims and hubs on chain reaction http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=48622 http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=86680
How do I know what spoke length to buy :/ as it doesn't say sizes...

I would say that if it was me i would go for Red but if you are a a bit of a budget go for force as its virtually the same, I've never used rival so can't comment, Shimano is reliable but a bit dull IMO I have 105/ultegra on my winter bike and it hasn't let me down.......
I wouldn't go for campag as i don't like the hood shape or shifting mechanism also you have more choice on wheels with shim/sram

That was me. I just popped up to take a quick look at the circuit before the event. When I got there I didn't realise anything was on so I thought I'd have pootle round… then I saw you all! Hope I didn't get in the way of you guys.
Were you the chap I spoke to?
Ah nice one, I was the youngish guy with blue kit and orange radars, don't worry it was our youth games thing. You were probably faster than half the field with gears and brakes!! just for the record there is another one same time next week,

I am just wondering what you eat during a long ride or race??
I tend to have power bar cookies and cream on long runs with short ones fuelled by jelly beans and wine gums :) anyone have any really strange preferences?
It has to be some sort of cake at the mid ride cafe stop, that and a hot chocolate!Bouncy.

Right......
Basically I want a messenger bag; I would like to spend as little as possible, have something thats going to work and be bike specific, not fall apart and look cool.
I have seen Chrome and like the look, buckle idea thingy and size. Little pricey though.
I also really like the timbuk2 bags especially with the customisation. really good prices well?
I am sure there are hundreds more bags but these are the two I have seen and like the most.
So what would you suggest, its gonna have a lot of use and will be chucked around but nothing to extreme.
Any help would be really good thanks.

Don't let that put you off though, anyone is more than welcome at NE polo, even if you've hardly played before.
I was playing NE polo long before I ever went to beginners, and even when I did start playing beginners, I was still playing NE polo twice a week as well.
Is it a steep learning curve? yes. Will it be tough? yes. But to get better you need to play a mix of levels. Play easier games to get time on the ball, but play harder games to learn from the best.
I have already posted in another thread but withour reply (might of been wrong thread, sorry!)
A mate and I really want to try polo but have no experiance, both of us have fixies ( however not quite right for polo I believe.)
The crunch bit however is that the only day we can do is tomorrow, Thursday. Would it be ok if we gave one of the courts a visit, and if so what one? we both road race/ride a lot so have above standard bike experiance probably wont help i presume.... any help or guidence would be much appreciated.
