My wounds don't actually look that impressive. The one that shed most of the blood is on the underside of the jaw and hidden by my beard (edit: you can just make it out through all the grey). It's a bit of a nasty gash mainly because of the location.
Here's the cheek, which is healing well but will most likely leave a permanent reminder of the ride.

If it helps, I checked out the only Milltag jersey I own, last years Dunwich Dynamo jersey in size L. Very well made piece of kit btw even if I do look like a bumble bee in it. I presume that this is a club fit jersey as it matches the description.
I'm 184cm, 81kg and fairly trim, with a swimmers body; long torso, broad shoulders and narrow hips. I went with the L as it was close enough to my chest size, 101cm. There is still 10cm spare fabric on mine around the chest before it would be tight and 14 cm spare around the hips (88cm). It's not short on me either. Sleeves aren't tight against the skin. In fact the fit is very similar to the XL Rapha classic jersey I bought a few years ago, loose fitting.
tl dr. The club is a bit baggy on me.
I'll be going for the pro jersey in size L I think and hope the pro fit closes the gaps.

I've found the disputes resolution process with Paypal to be excellent. Had a similar thing to you happen but I accepted the package. Seller faffed about a bit so I opened a dispute with Paypal. Seller got in touch as soon as Paypal contacted them and sorted it as fast as poss. I don't really think they were trying it on, just slow. Still you play it like you see it.

Link for consultation on removal of Wandsworth gyratory:

To my uneducated eye it looks quite good. Might even help make the area back into a proper town centre.

Pleased with them so far, although admittedly I've only put about 25 miles on them as yet. Initial impressions are that they are freakin huge, width wise. Very comfortable, also spin up quick despite being a bit heavier than I'd anticipated. Almost exactly 2000g with track nuts and rim tape on. Little disappointed in that if I'm honest as my calculations said they'd be 1750g. Maybe it was just my maths or the scales I'm using are inaccurate. Still over 300g lighter than the Miche Xpress set they're replacing.
Seems to me that with the same tyres they offer a bit more grip but yet to really test that. Will report back after I've done some more miles. Brake track and finishing in general is very good. Couldn't be happier.
Oh and @alemac1, no customs charges which was a nice bonus, despite having them delivered to my home address. Delivery was by courier not post office so I don't know if that made any difference or whether it was just luck of the draw.

Left late so traffic was pleasantly quiet going out of London. Not many bikes around at any stage of the ride either. Weather was ok, sun out at times, hiding behind clouds at other, so occasionally chilly.
Legs were not great at all. Took me over an hour to get over aches and pains that I suspect were a result of the 95 miles fixed from last weekend's ride to Herne Bay & Margate. Once I got past that stage it was very pleasant but certainly not fast. Could not push at all so just took it easy and enjoyed being out on the bike.
Great to have the lanes mostly to myself. Might do another of these later in the day rides if this is what it's like all the time. Had a big sausage and homemade tomato jam sandwich lunch (Delicious!) so didn't pack any food to take with me. This meant I felt fully justified in stopping at Peaslake for a big chunk of chocolate cake. Very tasty.
Pushed on after that at a measured pace and enjoyed lots of wildlife spots along the way. Little bunny rabbit curled up right on the roads edge, loads of it's bigger brethren in various fields and lots of pheasants as well.
Got home just as the sky was darkening. Perfectly timed for an absolutely delicious spatchcocked roast chicken for dinner. Sometimes I wonder weather I do all these miles just so I can stuff myself full of food.
(Anyone see the Garmin embed in this? Shows in preview but I can't see it once posted.)

Good to hear that you're pleased with those. I ordered some of these a couple of weeks ago.

Looking forward to their arrival.

Anyone heard that operatic scooter man yet? Followed him down Hackney road all the way to Silicon implant roundabout last week. Initially thought it was his radio he was that fucking good, really bellowing it out. Totally made my morning!
Did he have an Aussie flag sticker on the scooter and look part Chinese?
If so, I know him. Top bloke. He'd love it that people get a kick out of hearing him sing.
Not going to make it now. Gutted. Was up most of the night with gastro "issues". Was coming out both ends simultaneously. Not nice.
Did hear a bit of rain at one point. Ground might be a bit wet. Certainly was over Pitch, Holmbury way when I was out yesterday.
Have fun all. Would be grateful if some would post a link to the completed ride when done. Was really looking forward to exploring some new trails.
