The simple point was, i was offered this vitus cycle which was advertised without a contact name or phone number on the Gumtree site .I then preceded to ascertain if the seller was an actual club cyclist(as the bike age/quality indicates)..........my questions were inpart avoided and the only response to my question was not consistent to a reply from a genuine club/racing cyclist.To futher alert my suspicion the seller(who appered to be a man having the name alf young) ..attempted a sell me with a tale about recently having to pay for a dogs operation(hence the sale).Later is discover more photos of the same cycle on different sites (lfgss and preloved).....but when i saw the number of bikes that had been for sale by this person on lfgss, i then realised that the seller was not a private advertiser with one bike as the had purported, but someone using multiple names and sites . FINAL POINT......WHY IS IT THE ENGLISH ARE SUCH F$%^*&@ IDIOTS.....THEY ALLWAYS HAVE TO COME TO THE DEFENCE AND POINT THE FINGER AT THEMSELVES RATHER THAN AT THE PERPETRATOR......................LIKE WE ALL KNOW ABOUT THE TERRORIST ACTIONS OF CERTAIN RELIGIOUS COUNTRIES , AND YET WE JUST CANT ACCEPT THERE IS A PROBLEM AND AS HAS BEEN SAID WE JUST AVOID AT ALL COST CONFRONTATION OF THE TRUTH , PREFERING TO BE BOMBED INVADED AND TRODDEN APON RATHER THAN CALL A SPADE A SPADE.(i refer to the defenders of maryann)

why is there allways a schoolyard dick who attempts to put himself in a difficult situation because he hides behind a screen...............he would be sheepishly quiet if he confronted me.

So if they are not hers/his ...............why is he/she making up stories to sell them .....trying to pretend to be a racing cyclist when they dropped a clanger at the first hurdle with their response to a question i put just to see if they were a bikee or a charlatan.

If they are legit ? why is she/he using false names and locations and why at such low prices...................a vitus 979 for 500 euros.........................THE FRAME ALONE COST THAT MUCH IN THE 80,S LET ALONE NOW .................P.S. IT SEEM THERE IS SOMEONE ON HERE UNDER VARIOUS NAMES SELLING CHEAP VINTAGE CYCLES UNDER 3 NAMES I HAVE DISCOVERED SO FAR ie pistoffski......maryann .........and alf young .Dont know if anyone has noticed but the above bike is infront of the same fence that another bike is saw , which was for sale by someone calling themselves maryann. You will notice that the person has way too may bikes for sale to be private sales and also notice the bike photos are taken in many different locations outside many different homes.................................THERE IS NOT DOUBT A RABBIT OFF HERE AND IT IS LOOKING LIKE IT IS CONNECTED TO EASTERN EUROPE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YEAH ..........MR LUNCH AND WHY NOT.................ITS BAD ENOUGH WITH CHAVS TRYING TO PALM OFF OTHER PEOPLES STOLEN BIKES AND THEN I COME ACROSS THESE BIKES AND AS THEY SAY , IF IT LOOKS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE THEN IT PROBABLY IS .Just one point, this vitus is not sold as she states, it is still for sale and located a northallerton................FUNNY THAT ITS IN NORTHALLERTON WHEN AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE SHE SAYS SHE WANTS 500 EUROS AND WILL POST IT TO THE UK. Actually i have seen the vitus on other sites prices at 500 pounds 460 pounds 450 pounds etc etc......................sounds FISHY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! .Also , do you think she has telescopic legs, as if they are all her bikes then the sizes go up and down like a yo yo 50 cm 60 cm...................WEIRD YES.

WHO IS THIS MARYANN............? IT APPEARS HE/SHE LIVES OUTSIDE THE UK AND IT DUPING PEOPLE INTO BUYING CYCLES WITH LIES ABOUT BIKES STANDING IN HER GARAGE FOR YEARS .SHE IS USING MANY WEBSITES AND DIFFERENT STORIES.................I INQUIRED ABOUT THIS VITUS(which she quotes as sold on here and yet i was told 24 hrs ago that its for sale) ALSO SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE/HE NEEDED TO SELL THE BIKE TO PAY FOR A DOGS OPERATION....................BUT FROM WHAT I HAVE SEEN HERE, SHE IS SELLING MANY BIKES WITH MANY TALES ABOUT THEM.
