I’ve done 4 hours at about 120 and wrapped in foil 30mins ago.. any tips for the final stage? Otherwise I’m gonna give it another 30 minutes then let it rest for an hour.

Anyone got any tips or timings for a 750g piece of silverside?. I’m gonna try and slow cook it on a weber Bbq (indirect with a drip pan underneath). And I’ll have to use the thermometer on the lid as I don’t have one of the electric gizmos yet..

Help - someone stole my little sisters handlebars, stem and brake lever/shifters off her bike.

They cut the cables and unscrewed the allen bolts on the stem, so the whole lot needs to be replaced.

She lives in clapton square (hackney). She loved the bike, has toured on it and uses it every day to travel to uni, so she is basically gutted about the theft.. if anyone can help her out over the weekend then she would be hugely grateful. She will pay for the parts, but just doesn't have enough cash to buy everything new from from a bike shop.

Here's how I roll!

Been cooking on the big one for ten years but only just starting to try and work out how to do it properly.. I want to learn to slow cook and how to do smoking. I will be experimenting over the summer.
The go-anywhere is for camping. It has a cast iron grill which I love, but does make it a bit heavy..
And the little blue one I found at the dump and is up for grabs if anyone wants it? Would be cool converted into a smoker..

Im just signing up here so I can get some motivation and learn from other people's experience and knowledge
I had a series of leg ops/DVT/etc about 4 years ago and have since gone from super-fit 70kg up to 101kg.. I was cycling everywhere and running 5-10 miles a day, but that stopped after the ops.

So basically, my knee won't really let me cycle any more (skiing injury, dodgy ACL repair) and my ankle wont allow running (broke it climbing, had bits removed) and my hip now has arthritis from a collision with a van in holborn... so I'm thinking swimming and good nutrition will be my strategy.

I'm 188cm and my target is 80kg... I have cut down on alcohol for about a month now and stopped over xmas and new year, so am confident I can cut that out altogether.
I guess I just need to work out some rules for food and a routine for swimming.
But it's all a bit scary right now, I've never had to do anything like this before..

I have decided to upgrade to the new ipad pro, so am selling my ipad mini. It is in 100% full working order with good battery, and will be reset to factory before handover.

Purchased new by me from the apple store. So, 'unlocked' to any network.

Very good condition. Only a couple of very minor marks on the screen. Edges and back are all good. You will not be dissapointed.

It has kept in a griffin case all its life and has had a screen protector for 95% of the time. I will include a new screen cover i got recently to replace the last one, made by Nuglas. Toughened glass, very good quality.
