I cant place it either, looks like somewhere they have been doing work on for a while. Quite a serious gate for a building site.

Struggling on this one

Old one is just near the Hancock, the little road that goes past the civic center, a fire escape on the building next to that.

Clue: Is all about what is on the floor, not quite gravel not quite Tarmac. Am sure quite a few on here will have gone past it a few times.
