I have this
http://www.lfgss.com/thread60581.html
which I would consider splitting if you could give me an attractive price for the wheels...they're unused except from two 10 min rides.
Mavic Open Pro rims, DT Comp spokes and System Ex track hubs in white...drool. -
Please have a look at this:
http://www.lfgss.com/thread60581.htmlIt's mine, currently for sale, accepting offers under your budget. It's fixed wheel, not sure if this is what you are after or not, but it certainly fits the bill in terms of beautiful frame, excellent components.

1970's Holdsworth Equipe fixed wheel build up. The frame has its ORIGINAL paintwork and with this considered is in fantastic condition. Pretty lugwork compliments the startlingly bright orange of the frame. Features Reynolds 531 fork blades. The colour coordination of all the parts make this a real head-turner. The 'General Lee' of the fixie world!
The frame is 58cm centre to centre on the top tube and 58cm centre to top on the seat tube.Chain line is nigh on perfect. The bike was built in the summer then hung on the roof in the garage - it has been ridden twice briefly, but I unfortunately now I need the cash more than I need the bike.

Hi,
I have a recently built, unused bike that may be of interest to you.
It is an orange 1970's Holdsworth Equipe frame with ORIGINAL paintwork in excellent condition, built up with Mavic Open Pro rims on white System Ex track hubs (total value £220) and FSA vero chainset (£50). It has bullhorn bars, which I could change for drops if you wanted, but the bars have a reverse bar end lever for the front brake, which looks very slick. Chain is KMC half link (RRP £25), Charge spoon white saddle.
The frame is 58cm, slightly bigger than you specify but the stem is only 80mm. I also have a bike built onto a 56cm newly powder coated light pale blue frame that I could potentially swap everything onto. I am 5'9" and the Holdsworth frame fits fine.
I'm looking for £400; that's less than the cash I have spent building it up, and I have only ridden it once, hence the excellent condition. Certainly fits the bill as solid and reliable, and it looks simply stunning.
I can email you pictures if you are interested.
Thanks,
Mike
Still on the hunt, Chrome Mini Metro as advertised by Dom is too small :(
