Jesus, what've you done?
Screwed up my knee and ribs two weeks ago coming off a bike and didn't let it heal enough. Went to kickboxing last night and sliding side kick to round kick ripped my knee apart. To make matters worse I'm off to paris tomorrow morning :(
So shhhhhhiiiiiiiit and I have no idea how long I'll be away from kickboxing and off the bike. I've learned my lesson though -> let injuries heal properly. No rambo shiznitz

so Dom and I both have big bruises, this is the week for self sabotage for the westies
i am thinking of limping in by bike tonight
would be my first ride since my tumble
What happened to you James? I just fucked up, drank and slammed onto arm, tore along tarmac, rolled over onto d-lock, onto other side to scratch up other arm. Bike rolled with and I pulled my knee, cracked a rib, fooked my back and tore my arms.

Introduction:
On germ mobiles today due to an unfortunate incidence resulting in ouch and an owie owie leg bit. Further aggravation of the ow leg bit would induce post-ouch sub-cutaneous haemorrhage, impeding recovery and reduction of ow.Method:
Analgesics have been utilised when necessary. Localised cooling and heating have been applied to the ow leg bit together with a strict regime of muffin and pancake supplementation. Results and Discussion:
Ow has been reduced by (60 +/- 3)%. Newness has been analysed and found to be (69 +/- 1)%. On visual inspection weight appears to have increased. This is likely to have been caused by increased intake of pancakes. Conclusion:

Good man... One of the most criminally overlooked bands in the history of history... TV As Eyes is in my top 10 tunes of all time...
Currently listening to I Can't Hide by The Flamin' Groovies... What a fucking song... No link unfortunately...
Finally, someone else into Chrome! Couldn't agree more; They were way ahead. TV as Eyes kills it too and I almost posted that instead of this. I'll have to try to listen to The Flamin Grovies

You can avoid this problem, sometimes completely. If you simply over turn each spoke by 1/8 - 1/4 of a turn and then turn it back to the point you actually wanted to turn it to, then the twisting can be relieved. So, if you want to turn a spoke 1/2 a turn, move it 5/8 (or a little more) then back to 1/2. After this the method you used of squeezing the spokes to gether can be enough without all the hassle described above. When you've squeezed each pair together check that it is true after this. If it is then you're done, if not then adjust and repeat

hmm, you've made me unsure of myself now, TBA. Regardless of where it was made, if you search for Bianchi Tubi Calibrate 1-20 there are some vintage bike forumers who guess that it is some form of high tensile steel, not the good stuff. Again, if it was a high end bike it would not have had that tubing sticker on it

TBA said that mine looked like a budget japenese frame, but its got made in Italy stickers on it...
The one I had, Bianchi Sprint, also had made in Italy on it. They were making cheap bikes in Italy before Japan. As far as I know it was a budget/entry level frame because the label for the tubing used is not Columbus but tater some kind of Bianchi Tubi. It looks exactly like mine so search Bianchi Sprint. I
May be wrong but it does have a tubing label, the 1-20 thing, and if it was a good bianchi it would have been Columbus.
