nice frame, consider the most wanted Cinelli are from 1950 or 1960, cause in the 70's cinelli gave the production to contractors.
From pics appears to be bad assembled with parts from different brands and the front brake seem to lacks some parts, correct? Also the rust on lugs don't play for you.
