I'm going to use this thread for shameless self promoting. Clamps and tube holders are essential part of frame and rack building. I'm going to make a batch of these and taking pre-orders now.

Here’s the deets and specs:

For 10-22.2 mm tubes*
5 mm blackened steel plates, stainless steel alignment pins and compression spring
Steel thumb screw (standard) / locking lever (upgrade)
Adjustable stainless steel knobs w/ knurled steel nuts

I’m taking pre-orders now till end of the month. Price for one tool is 42€, a set of three is 120€ and the ultimate rack builders special set which contains six clamps is 230€. If you prefer more locking lever over thumb screw your can upgrade your clamp. Just add +6€ for the price of each clamp. There’s two colors where to choose from: black and orange lever.

@Trunkie, brief was; one gear, 26 inch wheels, slick tires and for inspiration was mentioned 90's mtbs. And yes, those are cable ties.

Yep. That's my own custom frame. Main triangle is made of Reynolds 631 and stays are Columbus.

Thanks! Design is based pretty much Arctos jig. I have built before few frames with similar jig. Here's one picture where you can see my old and new jig. The new one is much more accurate and easier to use.

Still need to drill a few hole and mill some parts but otherwise my new frame jig is almost ready.

There's nothing radical in design. My new jig will be based pretty much on Arctos jig.

Main beams are 160x80mm and 80x80mm T-slot aluminum extrusions. Smaller ones are 40x40mm.

Today I made HT fitting for 44mm and 1 1/8" head tubes.
