Is this only for frame jigs? Anyway, if you're into crafting your own smaller jigs and fixtures too, I just uploaded some 3D- and dxf-files of my fixtures on my web page; kongabicycles.com. They are absolutely free but if you find them useful and would like to pay me something I won't be mad at you. :D

We held our own hack bike derby here in Finland last weekend. Are these frankenbikes enough?

Thanks! Design is based pretty much Arctos jig. I have built before few frames with similar jig. Here's one picture where you can see my old and new jig. The new one is much more accurate and easier to use.

it would make a wonderful chrisymas present to us forum proles if you'd be so gracious as to post the plans on completion ;-)
There's nothing radical in design. My new jig will be based pretty much on Arctos jig.
Main beams are 160x80mm and 80x80mm T-slot aluminum extrusions. Smaller ones are 40x40mm.
I'm going to use this thread for shameless self promoting. Clamps and tube holders are essential part of frame and rack building. I'm going to make a batch of these and taking pre-orders now.
