A large double room is available for rent in Crystal Palace (well between Palace and Anerley), either for a short or long term rent.

£480 pcm including bills - naturally the house is cyclist friendly and for roadies is pitched near the Café St Germain for the start of many runs, or you could just pedal out yourself to West Wickham and head for the Downs.

When not using two wheels, good transport links abound with: Crystal Palace Station (Zone 3) to Victoria and London Bridge; and Anerley Station (Zone 4) to London Bridge. Both stations are serviced by the London Overground network. Pictures are below.

i have to say the standard shorts are revealing and are not a good look walking in to the office, my girlfriend can testify to that, (when out on the bike they are good value. I have the new winter softshell and it is good, it has come through the cold snap with flying colours and it thankfully washes ok too.

you could get a new sealed b/b depending on which style crankset you are fitting either shimano or the campag veloce. Spindle length will be dependent on the crank set up and gearing, but your existing one should give an indication also your LBS should help.
