Hey, new to lfgss site, but i detected from my other posts that you all seem like a really friendly helpful bunch.
Im having a bit of a difficult time, ex issues and change of jobs etc (all for the better!) and it has arisen that i need to vacate my current digs asap.
Im currently living in dalston/stokey and working in angel.
Id like to stay around there but to be honest anywhere would be pretty good right now.Im just looking for a room, doesnt have to be long term but doesnt have to be short term either.
just anything would be good...im a 25 year old female, easy going, laid back and good at making tea and pasta.
oh, and im pretty hygenic as it goes.
if anyone knows of anything, please get in touch, much appreciated

You can borrow my very humble and crappy bike to have a knock about on and save damaging yours if you likes too :)
Need to add another attendee for tomorrow Pete, he's bought my spare mallet off me and is coming on his old school Marin Eldridge grade.
I'll be driving over from Cov
right, weird weekend prevented my attendance, but next sunday for sure, and thanx for saying i can tip along on your old bike, though im not too worried about mine and would rather not mess anyone elses wheels up,
see you next sunday hopefully....!ps, if any other fresh meat newbies want to pitch up together, get in touch x

hiya fixiebelle,
^ if it is on the forum then it is open to all.
just tag along / introduce yourself.
most people that turn up to the events / meets are dead friendly.
and we were all newbies at one point or another.
try the north ride coming up in mid november. it is on rides and races.
the rides are always a good place to introduce oneself.
enjoy.
Excellent, thanx i will get on that north ride.
and try to cover any obvious signs of being too brand spanking new... :) -
There are more rides in summer so it will be a bit quiet for the next few months. Keep checking the rides and races thread for whats coming up and go to your closest beers and get amongst it. It's West's today and there will be a crew at the Miller in SE1 tomorrow. It might even be time to get a compass ride group going if there's a few interested.
There will also be a huge forum contingent at Rollapolluza on the 10th which will be a cracking night.
Don't worry about fronting up and introducing yourself, they're the friendliest bunch of reprobates you'll ever meet ;p
Sweet, thank you!
I'll try to shake off my new kid nerves and pop down for a couple
thanx for the heads up
