Santysiak (I had to look them up) steel frame. 61cm. Tange 1" threaded fork. Shimano STX headset. 3ttt stem. ITM handlebars. Ultrgra hollowtech bottom bracket.
Nice stiff frame, hardly any flex when giving it some welly. Eyelets for a rear mudguard. I've been using it as my winter training bike so there are scratches and scuffs and peeling decals. A good solid frame. On the downside I think the seat post might be stuck...looking for £80. Collection in E3.enter code here

Unlucky Higs Boson, still I've got much love for Phil Gil - his 2011 was maybe a bit special but it was fecking good to watch. I dream of climbing like this - go to 08:30 to see Gilbert beast the Mur (it's still the record for that climb).

Good to see Horner rolling back the years - unfortunately for cycling he seems to have rolled back to the 1998 TDF.... Ridunculous climbing! Riding away from Nibbles et al at 41?! Really?! Nibbles is having the season of his life, is only 27 AND rides for a team I've had good reason to be suspicious of in the past (Vino as DS anyone?). I honestly thought the 'grinding a big gear, out of the saddle, not breathing and carrying on beyond the line as if NOTHING happened on a MAJOR mountain stage' style of victory was a thing of the past. I think I might have to give up watching this sport - again.

It looks like it's going to be damned windy, it might even snow.... I'll be pedalling my white and black Ribble - hopefully in close proximity to Wrongcog - you'll be able to spot me by my limping pedalling style and the gritty noise coming from my bottom bracket . I'm in tip-top form after not really recovering from a knee injury. Rehab has mostly involved three intensive weeks of eating and sitting on my arse.

My brother-in-law's just had his brand spanking new Red Specialized Roubaix 61cm frame stolen from shed in back garden by canal in W9. It looks just like this one:
He's only had it a month or two. Gutted for him. Seems like a planned job, the thieves knew exactly what they were looking for.
Any help much appreciated. -

Total rear-mech failure in the middle of bloody Kent after 70 odd miles of misty, hilly goodness. Benj literally pushed me (I'm 14 stone, he is a legend) to the nearest train station, through flooded lanes and up difficult rises - ruined my average for the day though....
Rather a melancholic journey into London Victoria, pondering my recent run of bad luck on the bike, wishing I was pedalling back to the smoke, figuring out how to fix my bloody ride so that I could get home.
Time is such a precious commodity for me at the moment and allotting it to the seemingly frivolous pursuit of riding bikes up and down and around the English countryside is becoming more and more difficult to justify. These little hiccups are really pissing me off.
